BestPro manufactures custom transmission shafts directly from customer print or 3D CAD model for one-off prototypes, pilot runs and low volume production. All shafts are available for customizing with logos, keyways, splines or pockets.

All Custom Transmission Shafts are fully traceable with Mill Test Certificates, and minimum order quantity starts from 1 piece to accommodate prototype needs. Special high temperature and high tensile alloys are also available upon request for challenging environments.

Manufacturing Process

CNC Machining: Multi-axis turning and milling for complexity
Strength, Fatigue Resistance, Wear Resistance: Heat treatment (quench & temper, carburizing, nitriding)
Grinding: Centre-less or cylindrical grinding to finished tolerances
Inspection: CMM testing, hardness test, runout checking, concentricity and balance testing

Delivery & Support

Prototypes and small quantities are shipped protected with sleeves and anti-corrosive coating. BestPro offers comprehensive drawing review and manufacturability advice to optimize integration with workshop or supplier processes.
