BestPro high quality CNC machined transmission gears are designed for the performance enthusiast that wants a highly
durable, quality manufactured gears to increase their load capacity. We work on small e-bike gears and heavy duty
vehicle gears, we cut, grind and finish with a high degree of accuracy to guarantee seamless power transmission even at
torque. Prototypes, pilot models or series production are implemented reliably and in equal quality.

We offer a variety of materials for high performance, transmission-type gears. Both are heat-treatable and chemically
similar, allowing them to be finished (machined or polished) to your own specifications.

Process & Precision
We depended on multi-axis turning, hobbing and gear grinding, all to tight tolerances. Gauges and CMM checks each gear
for tooth profile, run-out, concentricity and torque transmission. It is with low noise, vibration, and long service
life.
Each gear is checked for tolerance, surface finish and hardness. CMM and test jigs checks rotation firmness,
concentricity and balance. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to maintain the quality across prototype to volume
production.
